Course Description

Our John Locke Essay Competition Tutoring Program guides students in exploring Philosophy, Politics, Economics, History, Psychology, Theology, and Law. Students will learn practical skills such as:

  • Literature review & summarization

  • Essay argumentation

  • Critical thinking

  • Oral presentation skills

Through discussion and hands-on guidance, students will develop sharper analytical abilities and more persuasive expression. Our instructors come from top-tier universities with extensive expertise, providing personalized mentoring throughout the process.


Core Skills Assessed in the John Locke Essay Competition

  1. Understanding the fundamental knowledge structure in Philosophy, Politics, Economics, History, Psychology, Theology, or Law

  2. Mastery of argumentative essay structure and techniques

  3. Demonstration of independent thinking, clear logic, and analytical reasoning

Many high school students struggle with these skills. Our tutoring program provides the opportunity to:

Total Duration: 20 hours (16 hours online course + 4 hours personal essay editing)

  7. Session 7 (C): Rough Draft Review & Minor Polishing

  8. Session 8 (E): Second Draft of John Locke Essay
